Ham Concert Hall to “spread the spirit and energy of pure soul gospel.” The original group was formed at the Alabama Institute for the Negro Blind in 1939.     There was a fantastic turnout for the 1st annual Gospel Fest held at Black Mountain Recreation Center where the program of vocals and dance played to a full house.
