Sand Dollar has blues every night – And this is the second year straight that they have been named Best Live Music by AOL City Guide.

This used-to-be biker bar has gone half-civilized and I find perfectly safe. You’ll see some very expressive dancing, no partners necessary. Ladies, hit the dance floor.
