August 7 is the birthday of one of Las Vegas favorite blondes – the one and only Josette LeBlonde, owner of Josette’s Bistro. Here is a lady who knows how to throw a party and makes a party out of life. If you have never eaten at her French restaurant, you need to give it a try. She combines authentic French cuisine with entertainment from weekly cabaret to special events with local jazz musicians. Life would be a lot more dull without this lady. Happy Birthday Josette!
