Nevada Native Plant Society

The Nevada Native Plant Society is based out of Reno, but takes field trips around the state as well as in California. They are a non-profit dedicated to promoting interest in native Nevada plants and their preservation. They have published a guide to the flora of the Desert National Wildlife Range just outside of Las Vegas. If you are interested in learning more, check out their website heritage.nv.gov/nnps
