There are a few events around town that attract personalities unshamed to consider themselves intelligent and certainly not afraid to voice their opinions and thoughts about the bigger issues of life and the world.
The Intelligent Discussion Group meets once a month on the 1st or 2nd Wed @ 7pm (check culturecircle.meetup.com, the Socrates Cafe meets every Tuesday @ 7pm.
I’m sure there are other groups out there. If you are interested in intelligent thought processing, you might want to check out poetscorner.org.
