The Meatball Awards “Vintage Vegas” Sun Apr 22 is the primo event for true Las Vegas culture. Artie Schroeck & orchestra will provide music and Cork Proctor will M.C. The Awards will be presented by well-known celebrities around town to personalities who have made their mark on our town. Start at 6pm with no-host cocktail party with show at 7pm, followed by chefs offering samples of their special meatball recipes at 8:45 pm. All proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Man, my grandmomma was from Sicily and she made the most amazing meatballs I ever tasted, like you had died and gone to meatball heaven. Sadly, she died last year and she didnt leave a single recipe for us so I’ve been trying to figure it out on my own… slowly working my through the meatball recipes here, I still cant figure out what her secret ingredient was though!!!
