Anytime you have Mayor Oscar Goodman, you have a good show. With the promise of food, drink and celebrating with “key players of old and new Las Vegas,” how could you be anywhere else tonight? The VIP Grand Opening Party is from 5:30-8:30; Mayor Goodman gives welcoming remarks at 6p.
